The Practitioner Inbox Module in Medgate’s Occupational Health Software Suite is a one-stop access point for occupational health practitioners to review any activities requiring their follow-up.
Key Benefits of the Practitioner Inbox:
- Ensure effective and efficient completion of activities requiring practitioner review
- Provide practitioners detailed information on:
- All clinics visits scheduled for the selected date
- Scheduled activities / appointments for the day, including the ability to print schedules and configure schedule notifications / self-reminders
- Activities to review, including audiograms, clinical testing results, immunisations, vision tests, pulmonary function tests, chest x-rays, drug tests, documents, and employee questionnaires
- Enable practitioners to review and sign notes / documents for which the he/she has been identified as the reviewer or author
- Print questionnaires with the employees’ responses, print a blank questionnaire to give to an employee to complete, or export questionnaires to MS Excel (employee can complete and then the practitioner can import into the module)
- Integrate with MS Outlook to quickly access your external email from within the Medgate system and attach documents contained in the email to a Medgate system record
